Welcome to Zipero. By using our platform, you agree to the following world-class standards of service.

Zipero is published by a sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) registered with the French National Business Register (RNE) under SIRET 520 908 294 00025 (SIREN 520 908 294), APE code 62.01Z — Computer programming. Contact: contact@zipero.fr.

1. Service Agreement

Zipero grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use our tools. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you process does not violate any laws or third-party intellectual property rights.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. All prices include applicable taxes.

3. Right of Withdrawal

For EU consumers: By initiating a cloud processing task or accessing premium features, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

4. Limitation of Liability

Zipero is provided 'as is'. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use Zipero only for lawful purposes. You must not use our tools to process, convert, or store files that contain illegal content, malware, or material that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our services with automated requests. You are solely responsible for the content of the files you process. Zipero reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Zipero platform, its design, source code, brand identity, and all original written content are the exclusive intellectual property of Zipero. The files you upload and process remain entirely your property — we claim no rights over your content whatsoever. The open-source libraries integrated into Zipero (pdf-lib, FFmpeg, Tesseract, browser-image-compression) are used under their respective open-source licences.

7. Service Modifications

Zipero reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Premium subscribers in advance of any changes that materially affect their paid features. Continued use of the service after a modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
